Garages and other accessory structures	1.75% of construction cost; $150 Minimum

Commercial Structure Permit (Commercial, Institutional, Multi-Family, Industrial)	Fee
All permit types, except otherwise listed	1.75% of construction cost up to $1,000,000; 1.25% of cost for next $4,000,000; and 0.75% of cost over $5,000,000; $500 Minimum (includes ancillary mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
